What do we require from you?

– A high school diploma, equivalent or higher

– Good language and communication skills

– Ability to take initiative and cope with stress

– Attentiveness and responsibility

As a plus

– Job experience as Customer Support Representative

– Understanding of customer service work specifics

– Good written and oral English skills (Intermediate level or higher)

– Any knowledge of other European languages

What can you expect:

– The Norwegian Language Program is developed to prepare you for a full-time career as a Customer Support Representative at Multimedia Nordic.

During the six months course students will receive compensation (2000-4500 UAH per month in scholarship, depending on their learning capacity and performance).

You must meet the following criteria:

– Be able to attend Norwegian classe full-time (6 hours per day, 5 times a week)

– Be eligible to work in Cherkasy, and Kyiv, for at least one year after starting the actual work

– Be able to work on a full-time position after graduation from the program.

After the 6 months course, successful students will:

– Be able to speak Norwegian language in their sphere of business to handle with various customer service related issues, and get a guaranteed employment with competitive salary + bonus

The candidate must be able to work shifts either from 15:00—23:00 or from 23:00—07:00 once the course has been completed.
